I am a mixed media artist born in Michigan and living in Arizona. I work at an antique store in Mesa Az. I have been in retail all my life. I love to decorate, I have done window decorating and have recently put my talents to doing vignettes and painting. I teach classes at Mystic Paper across the street from the Antique Plaza. Some of the art I do: Altered Books, Artist Trading Cards (Atc's), Collage Art, and painting in acrylics.
Since Elliott has passed this one has been out and about more than usual. I don't think she is as timid because the big bad attack cat is gone. She is now 17! Born on a farm and with no tail. She is the softest cat you'll ever feel.
Very beautiful cat. 17 and still purring. The first cat we ever had lived to be eighteen. My cat's going on 13. With any luck she'll be around awhile longer. I might be bringing my kitten home this weekend, that'll put her nose a bit out of joint. Should be interesting. Makes you wonder what life would be like without cats. I don't think I want to know. A home without a cat always feels like something's missing.
She is beautiful, what an adorable face. Her fur is gorgeous and looks like it would be incredibly soft.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo Sandy.

Hi Sandy,
ReplyDeleteThat is one beautiful cat. The dark silver fur looks so soft...aww and the way she looks at the camera, she's so dignified.
